Awful experience so far

Awful experience so far. Ordered the call nearly a month ago, still haven't received. Emailed customer support,didn't hear anything for several days, then finally, "should have received."
Called the customer support number and it's been disconnected.
It seems like I threw $30 out of the window.

I have been using your wingsetter 8 in 1 call since it was the 4 in 1 call.
I believe your call is a must for any duck hunter. From sprig to widgeon to teal for duck, to quail for upland, your 8 in 1 is perfect.
